I never expected my journey to fit neatly into a single title.
I’m a wife and mom, an entrepreneur, an author, a podcast host, and someone who finds real joy in helping others. Each role has taught me something different about people, purpose, and what it means to build a meaningful life.
From Chicago
to Florida.
I grew up in Chicago, a place that will always be part of who I am. Today, my husband, our two daughters, and I call Wesley Chapel, Florida, home.
Moving states, raising a family, and building a business have all reminded me that the best chapters often begin when we step beyond what feels familiar.
An unexpected
turning point.
A layoff became a turning point in my professional life. Instead of letting that moment define what came next, I began thinking seriously about what I wanted to build and how I wanted to help people.
That journey led me to start PCR Consulting. My work has evolved, but the motivation remains the same: helping people and organizations make thoughtful decisions and grow with confidence.
People have
always mattered.
I’ve spent much of my career in recruiting, interviewing, coaching, and leadership development. One of the most rewarding parts has always been helping someone see what they’re capable of and identify a clear next step.
That same interest in people’s stories and potential eventually inspired my book and podcast.

the in-between.
At home, I’m a wife and mom to two daughters. Our days can include celebrations, beach trips, projects, cooking together, and plenty of unexpected moments.
I don’t have a perfect recipe for balancing everything. I believe in choosing what matters, adjusting when life changes, and making room for the experiences we’ll remember.
Outside of work, I love the ocean, creating art, cooking, and conversations where people can be themselves.
